Then coat a rimmed baking sheet with oil and place the cabbage wedges onto it, trying to keep them about an inch apart on the baking sheet. And sprinkle with half of the cubed bacon.
Roast the cabbage for about twenty minutes or until browned, then the cabbage turn over add the rest of the bacon and roast for another twenty minutes or so. Sprinkle with salt and serve with vinegar or lemon wedges.
Another perfect low carb recipe for you is blue cheese dressing. This is a real simple and quick recipe. 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, and some salt and pepper to taste that will be all you need for it.
Fast and simple way to prepare this low carb recipe is to mix all the ingredients in a bowl or container, cover and refrigerate overnight, use as needed for up to one week, after which the remains should be thrown out.
